An Okinawan Tsuboya Cruet – 20th Century
April 2014 Auction by Far East Asian Art

This is a small but charming Okinawan cruet or ewer with a dark brown and tan glaze. The piece measures 5 1/2” high by 4 1/2” wide at its widest and the base is 2 ¾” diameter. It is in excellent condition – not signed. We date it to the early to mid 20th century.
