An Unusual Yixing Teapot – Tree Trunk – late 20th Cty.

This is one of the more interesting Yixing teapots we have had. It has been molded into the shape of a section of tree trunk with many knot holes and broken branches, It measures 5 ½” from the back of the handle to the tip of the spout – the body is 3 ½” diameter and the piece stands 3 ½” high.
