A very dynamic large 12” diameter charger decorated in thick overglaze enamels on a white porcelain base. The design is that of two fishing boats – both of which have thatched roofs and furled sails. The two fishermen appear to be either talking or passing some object from one boat to the other. The scene is bordered in a four-cornered thin band to frame the main picture and the rim has a colorful larger band of geometric red flowers and intersecting lines...
