A 20th Century .Glass Snuff Bottle-Shape of a CabbageNovember 2012 Auction by Far East Asian ArtThis is an unusual and amusing glass snuff bottle molded to look like a long Chinese cabbage. It tapers from a dark green end through progressively lighter greens and then ends in a pure white glass. The stopper is a yellow tip made of plastic. The bottle is well hollowed and is in mint condition. It measures 3” long with the stopper in and is 1 3/8” diameter at its widest. We date it to the mid to later 20th century, circa 1950s-1970s.
