Here we have a finely molded and cast pair of bronze foo dogs in a seated position. Their heads are turned to the sides, one with it’s the mouth slightly opened and while the other has a closed mouth. The both have very detailed curling manes falling down their backs. These have been cast using the traditional lost wax technique. There are remnants of plaster like material on the inside of the dogs. Each measures 7 1/4 in. (18.5cm) high x 6 1/2 in.
