The size of Plate: 8 1/2" Dia x 1 1/8" High. Very unusual shape Japanese Ko Imari Porcelain Plate. The plate has the shape of shell which the center of shell placed in the lower area. It is very nicely formed. Good quality porcelain as well as good glazing. It has the design of bamboo and plum tree design done in blue underglazing on bamboo.
