A broad-shouldered vase of porcelain decorated with a flowering branch of purple-pink magnolia with a small bird in under glaze colors and outlined leaves in gold. Signed with the characteristic Fukagawa mark (Mt. Fuji). Taisho-Showa period, c. 1930. H. 25 cm, D. 20 cm. Condition: Excellent.
