Japanese Meiji Period (19th century) Imari porcelain mukozuke bowl used for serving appetizers and condiments. Decorated in the traditional Imari palette with four cartouches featuring bamboo under clouds. The cartouches laternate with red circular floral forms set against a geometric background.
