Antique Japanese Meiji Kutani Porcelain Aka-e Tea Pot

Japanese Kutani porcelain tea pot decorated on opposing sides in polychrome enamels with a beauty wearing a kimono in a landscape surrounded by flowering foliage. The scenes are bordered in aka-e (red painted) bands with gilt highlights. The spout, handle and finial are also aka-e with gold. The lid features two fans with flowers. A stylized "Kutani" mark is on the base. Dates from the late Meiji to early Taisho period (circa 1900 - 1915). 7"H to the top of the finial...
