Comment: There are similar Sumida River scenes by Hasui and Shotei. The print bears the Tomoe seal. Interestingly, "Tomoe" is the alternative reading of the first character ("Ha") in "Hasui." Thus, the seal likely indicates an homage by a Watanabe house artist (or possibly a work of Hasui himself).
