VerVendi Inc, a privately held company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cyberattic, an internet based retail venue for collectibles, formerly a wholly owned business of Root Technologies, Inc.

VerVendi currently owns and operates Trocadero.com, an internet based retail venue for antiques, fine art and other middle market luxury objects. The acquisition of Cyberattic.com further strengthens VerVendi's market breadth with an established name brand in the online market for collectibles. Clients and patrons of online markets enabled by VerVendi may now participate within a collectibles venue, a middle market venue, or both.

Trocadero, established in 1998, offers premium account services and, in addition to a central community, powers specialty venues. Trocadero provides single user accounts and also enables third-party venues. Trocadero recently introduced its Signature service, paving the way for unprecedented customization of a member's pages while participating within a standard community format.

Cyberattic, an early internet upstart established March 1996, offers dealers a low-cost, branded venue for selling collectibles online. We acknowledge this tradition and that of the privacy valued by Cyberattic dealers. VerVendi will continue to position Cyberattic as a strong and vibrant market while striving to keep costs among the most competitive in the market for quality of service and user features offered.
