This is one of the most fascinating Arita pieces we have ever had in the collection. It is a meticulously molded or hand formed porcelain okimono of a rather “goofy” looking dog with pop eyes and a pigeon toed stance. It is in a seated position and has a short beard like connection from the bottom of the head and his tail forms a perfect handle.
